- Big cities and their surroundings
- Urban areas
- Leisure and recreation places
Project volume:
- From 10 realisable residential units
- >5 million achievable sales volume
Condition/Type:
- Infrastructure available
- Preferred developed plots
- Good transport connections with public transport
- Undeveloped land (preferred)
- With and without planning documents
- Land mainly suitable for residential construction.
- Asset Deal and Share Deal
