Wood as the main construction material lowers CO2 emissions and makes our houses more energy-efficient. Additionally, producing repeatable elements such as walls off-site drastically reduces sound pollution.

Our Mission
Wohncasa is a residential developer based in Germany creating and redeveloping homes since 2015. We strive to provide new living space with lower CO₂ emissions and build better and more ecological multi-family properties.
